Player-first coaching

How DTHA began

DTHA started in 2022 in the GTA with a straightforward idea: every player deserves honest feedback and a development plan that fits the player—not a generic package.

We connect on-ice coaching with video review, physical testing, evaluation and opportunity guidance. Families receive clear next steps, and players understand what to improve, why it matters and how it connects to their goals.

Hard work matters most when it has direction.

DTHA player pathway

The right group.
The right pace.

Placement considers age, level, habits, coachability, game impact and goals. Evaluation—not ego—determines the best starting point.

High-performance DTHA player trainingInvitation only

DTHA Elite

Selected for players whose current level, habits, pace and goals require a high-performance environment.

Why invitation-only?

The group must keep a demanding and safe pace for every player. Invitation follows evaluation of level, coachability, consistency, training habits and readiness—not reputation alone.

  • High-tempo, position-specific development
  • Video, testing and accountability
  • Opportunity-minded guidance
Typical focus: advanced players, approximately 15–20
